Tesla Quietly Adding Massive 100 Megawatt Battery to Texas' Power Grid

ATR: The grid didn't fail.

Producers were advised to winterize a few years ago, and they opted not to.

Capacity would have been available but it was shut down, due to frozen gas wells and gas- powered turbines.  Ditto the windmills.

The lawsuits against the power companies should be massive in numbers--and rightly so.They were derelict in their duty of giving customers what they pay for.The customer assumes that proper upkeep is part of that agreement that's made when your monthly bill is paid. Not only did that not occur, but exorbitant charges for electricity were dispatched as the power grid shut down.
NNN always brings up "outrages"---but THIS was one.
