Is this happening so that when D.C. becomes a Dem state,the Guard will be counted as part of the citizenry--therefore more electoral votes?Those Dems are geniuses.--GRA
It will be a constant now. Those guard units can only be activated and sent with the permission of the state governor? I am not sure of this.
