Police said it is unclear if the tire may have been flattened on purpose to target the victims. -

I had the pleasure of waking up one morning and noticing that my Mex neighbors had slashed my tires--my thanks after I got them evicted,lol.This happened a few years ago(maybe 5)--still the best thing I ever did for the neighborhood though--Mex were drug addicts,dealers,gang members,sex offenders,felons(one of them had a 10 year stint in the grey bar hotel) etc.
