White person killed, citizen arrest
Another white guy (Joseph DeLegge) tried to make a citizen's arrest but this time he was shot and killed by so called a "17-years old juvenile suspect":

B.T.: Is there any way to find out who the perp is? They keep saying "17-year-old" but this is a pretty vague description.
N.S.: Actually, it's usually a very specific description. It means, "a 17-year-old, black male felon with a list of priors as long as your arm." However, since this is Tempe, it might refer to a 17-year-old Hispanic felon.

Of course it was a "teen"--the fact that another one came up and shot him is more evidence as they are pack creatures.
YES. Might be "Hispanic" and specifically an illegal alien dope dealer and heroin smuggler. Drunk probably too.
