Police announced on Tuesday that on the day the couple was last seen alive [April 15], police, fire and EMS were dispatched just before midnight to the area where the car was found.
“A caller advised that they saw a car in their rear view mirror heading west on Independence Boulevard, going at a high rate of speed, possibly hitting a wall and then going into the wooded area,” according to a police news release. “When First-Responders arrived they met with the caller and searched the area with flashlights. However they were unable to find any sign of a collision and no one with injuries.”
Mayorga and Escalera were reported missing by their roommate on April 19.
The couple were last seen leaving their apartment four days earlier. Police did not believe foul play was involved and are now saying the investigation has broadened to include a traffic accident.
N.S.: What was the driver doing, 100 mph? Why? Speeding on highways is so routine that people don’t consider 80 mph “going at a high rate of speed,” and at a lower rate of speed, the vehicle would not have ended up so deep in the woods.
This smells to me like the mass murder-suicide two years ago of politically correct, lesbian child abusers Jennifer and Sarah “Hart”, who murdered their six adopted children, including at least one adult, and committed suicide in a high-speed crash. (The local media first reported the mass murder as a mystery, and the national media sat on the story for a year, before reporting the obvious.)
Look for the MSM to go slow on this story.

Spanish both of them? Their behavior greatly disliked by other Spanish people. They were despondent? Spanish as being of Latin-American culture.
