    They use the device to check the temperature of the ear.

    Very funny comment Jerry PDX.But while you're drawing the line,they WILL be sneaking up on you with that dreaded rectal thermometer and if he's a fruit--a smile on his face.Then if you resist,a major news story about whitey causing trouble again...lol.YOU might wind up in jail,like the hairdresser in Texas.
