The Mex between the ages of 13-17 ARE driving in our country--recklessly and without licenses or insurance (just like the parents).I was hit by a drunk Mex 10 years ago, after I got out of work.He tried to pin the accident on his wife--the passenger in his car.It didn't work because he showed me HIS expired insurance certificate--not the wifes. No valid license either. After the court hearing, where he was convicted, the prosecutor and I watched him drive out of the courthouse parking lot--STILL with no license or insurance.
Illegal crossing of borders isn't the only law that gets ignored by Mexicans.
I know of other accidents where underage Mex either killed or injured white people in the GR area, the last 5 years.
"Insurance? We don't need no stinking insurance!"
