Zerohedge reported this the other day about the Jeffrey Epstein autopsy. In that report was quite a nugget about Garner also:
"The hyoid bone played a central role in a heated dispute last year over another high-profile death in New York, that of Eric Garner. A New York police officer was accused of using an improper chokehold while trying to arrest Garner and of causing his death. A police officers’ association claimed that an autopsy from Sampson’s office found there was no break of Garner’s hyoid bone, and that this proved that the officer could not have strangled Garner and caused his death."
GRA: Was this conclusion thrown out of court? If so,why? This evidence apparently prevented Pantaleo from being convicted criminally. How then could he be fired with the autopsy clearing Pantaleo of an illegal chokehold?
Because it's "Get whitey" time.Good luck on the appeal.

I was so upset to see the decision. Do they want ALL white people out of jobs?
O'Neill would have lost his job if he decided any other way.
The Garner family hit the ghetto jackpot the day that the loose cigarette dealer died. He never worked a day in his life at a legitimate job. They should leave it at that.
This is disgusting. Worse than the pay off to the rapists of Central Park.
I feel bad for cops which is saying a lot.

Put him a headlock rather than choke. Easy to say. Go wrestle with the first four-hundred pound black man you see and be prepared.

In retrospect, the cops could have let him try to make a run for it.At 400 lbs,he would have dropped dead in 3
steps.
