Massive power outage cripples New York City
N.S.: Actually, only 27,000 people n Mid and Uptown Manhattan are affected. If the headline were accurate, millions of people would have lost their power. However, all the Broadway shows had to be cancelled, so I guess "New York city" was crippled.
