"As shaky a save as you can ask for," Mets announcer Gary Cohen, minutes ago, on Edwin Diaz, who only got a save after 2nd baseman Jeff McNeil cut down Redbird pinchrunner Jack Flaherty trying to score the tying run from first base on a bloop single with a strike from right field. So, the Mets failed to lose three straight, after Diz and Co. blowing the previous two games.

I see the NY WETS (short for wetbacks)are down to 3 or 4 south of the border types.The Chicano White Sox(formerly Chicago White Sox)still have plenty,but not as many as last year--when they had 3 Garcias playing,plus 4 others.This year,5 of the 9 starters are Chicano.

My quick take on todays "Face the (Commie)Nation".
A panel was on today to talk politics with Margaret Brennan.Amy Walter--a lesbo reporter,a woman named Sanchez and a black named Antjuan.These people are supposed to be a representative cross section of America?Who did they leave out?Times up.
Me and tens of millions of straight,white men.
This is how the networks got the Trump phenomena wrong in 2016,by smugly surrounding themselves with outlier types,who tell the viewers what CBS wants us to hear-that Trump is horrible,misogynistic,racist etc.--and shouldn't be re-elected.
They can ignore us and hope the demographics will defeat Trump in 2020.Personally,I don't think an old white man--either Biden or Sanders--has what it takes.The blacks will stay home again.
I still think the Dems will be forced to beg for Oprah to come in and energize a dead party.Kamala Harris may be a secondary choice--Dems cannot win without a black vote coming out in a tsunami wave--and that only occurs with a black candidate.
So "Face the (Commie)Nation" continues its focus on everyone BUT whites--same as NBC and CNN.

An argument over installing a baby gate turned into a deadly confrontation between a father and daughter in Washington state that left the mother of a newborn dead, according to prosecutors. Wendell Wilson, 68, is accused of shooting his 38-year-old daughter Lila Wilson multiple times on June 10 at their home in Renton, Wash., located just outside Seattle. In charging documents obtained by Q13 News, King County Prosecuting Attorneys said that elder Wilson shot his daughter six times, including twice in the head just feet away from her 13-month old son. Prosecutors said that Wendell Wilson shot his daughter six times, including twice in the head, after a "petty argument" on June 10 over a baby gate instillation. (Q13 FOX)
Renton Police told the Seattle Times that Wilson claimed the argument stemmed over whether the baby gate would fit in the kitchen and that the two got in each other’s faces when the dispute "got crazy."
Wilson then called his ex-wife around 4:30 p.m. and told her he was "gonna kill Lila" and hung up, only to call a few minutes later to tell her he had shot their daughter, according to police.
Who would execute their daughter over a baby gate? Or should I say, what race is responsible for such a high percentage of murders over petty issues like this? Then there was the phone call to the ex wife saying he's "gonna kill Lila"
Washington State has been invaded by many negro's, a state targeted for resettlement by African immigrants because it's "too white". Plenty of them have migrated to Washington from other parts of the country also, with predictable results. There are now many reports of shootings just across the river in Vancouver, a smaller city that used to be fairly quiet and relatively crime free, but not anymore
