A 24-year-old man was fatally shot in Nashville on Thursday. Five minors have been arrested and charged.

It was a mile south of Tennessee State University, the famous (for football teams) black college.
The two oldest are 15 and 16, others are juvies, little jail time.
Gang members like to use youths (who wont go to prison)to murder.
