    YES, that is what is being reported. The negro had stolen from the QT earlier and was on the way home. That is why the cops approached him. And why the negro responded as he did.

      You can't be serious. Surely you are describing a statistically insignificant sample. You deliberately ignore the huge numbers of rocket science, divinity, and French literature students.
